B- Clean Grip Bench Press- 3 Minutes to 50% + 3 @ 50% Every 45 Seconds For 9 Rounds (approximately 6 minutes)
C- 5 Minutes to WU Push Press + 15/12/9 RFT of: Push Press (135/95)/Box Jump (30/24″) -12 Minute Cap
*D- Pendlay Row- 12/12/12 (HBD) + D.B. Rollback Extension 8/8/8/8 (HBD) + 40 Tuck Up (AFAP)
