Notes: With the female Athletes will complete the sprint first then the team will have 30 seconds to adjust the seat and the male athlete will complete the sprint. After the male completes the sprint – the team gets 4 minutes rest before moving onto Event 1B

Notes: Only one bar per team;With only one partner working at a time, athletes must complete as many power cleans as possible. The team must switch partners automatically every 10 reps or every time a partner drops the bar.
Score = Total Powers Cleans accumulated in 3 minutes.
