I joined Crossfit three year ago looking to become better in the sport that I was in, which was OCR obstacle course racing. It didn’t take long before Crossfit became my sport. I joined Crossfit because I was looking for a challenge and Crossfit challenged me more ever time I’d show up to wod. I also joined Crossfit to make myself stronger, faster , fitter and all around me healthier.

I became a coach for the opportunity to help other people grow stronger, fitter, and healthier. I also became a coach because I enjoy helping the members of 718 accomplish their goals and achieve new ones. It’s a wonderful feeling when you have coached someone and they have accomplished stuff that they never thought they could.
