60 Axel Deadlift 225/155 – Switch every 5
2 x 60’ sled push 295/245#
60 Above the Knee Hang Power Clean & Sh2OH 100/70# – Switch every 5

The workout begins on a start mat. For the DU’s/ Lunges/ Deadlifts/ C&J – Only one partner is working at a time. For the DB lunges each, Any athlete can begin.. the distance does not need to be unbroken.. But you cannot switch arms or switch partners until the 1st, 60′ distance is completed. For the Sled drag both partners will each have a sled they need to push down and back over a distance. Teams cannot start the C&J until both partners complete the sled push. The time ends when the team runs to the finish mat together..
Athletes will accumulate reps together, partitioning as needed. A mandatory switch for every break.
For 1/2 racked waiters walking lunges – MUST BRING KNEE SLEEVES for this event. Lunges will be on the Street.
1 D.B. In Right Front Rack + 1 D.B. In Left OH Waiters position for first 60’, then switch arms for 2nd 60’ Lunges = Alternate legs, can step together or though, hips must come to full extension at the top. Partner A Walk 60’ with left arm overhead + Partner B Walk 60’ with left arm overhead + Partner A Walk 60’ with right arm overhead + Partner B Walk 60’ with right arm overhead.
Partition as needed, only 1 at a time/Conventional Deadlift only; any grip; no bent elbows. Touch the ground/lock out shoulder over hips
Female and male must push weight un-assisted.
ATK (Above The Knee) Hang Power Clean and Shoulder To Overhead
Bar cannot descend below the top of the knee, a hang squat clean is acceptable but not required. For Shoulder to OH, any variation is acceptable so long as the rep is finished with the bar fixed over the middle of the body and both feet under the hips.
