Our free trial class isn’t just an awesome workout, it’s a great opportunity to meet our coaches, check out our facility, and learn about our program.

Step 2

The basics is an introduction to CrossFit. This program is designed for new and inexperienced members. It will teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit in a series of 8 sessions.

Step 3

If you’ve completed the basics, or if you’re already an experienced CrossFitter, you’re ready to enroll in our regular classes.
