Step 1

Get started with a One Week Trial!

Get a 3 class pass and jump into any class on the schedule. This is your opportunity to try out the workout of the day, meet our coaches, and check out our facility.

Step 2

The Basics series is your introduction to CrossFit, it will teach you the fundamental movements and prepare you for the CrossFit WODs.

We highly recommend new & inexperienced members complete the Basics Series. It is not mandatory any longer, but it would benefit you tremendously as well as set you up for success.

Step 3

If you’ve completed one month of the Basics Series, you’re ready to enroll in our regular classes.
