11/11/10 Rest Day!
Today is Remembrance Day and Veterans Day. So remember what they did for us, and be thankful. Also, get out there and learn a new sport, go to a yoga class, do some active recovery, or just watch some Thursday Night Football. Either way, rest those muscles from three hard days, and get ready for two more!
Thanks to all you youngsters who run by me and say good job Jer! My goal it to get to where I can say (gasp) thank you, you too! (gasp) while runnnig, Right now all I can do is the gasp part!!! Plus, I think there should be a little more chatter on here what’s up with that? So, woo hoo to all you fast guys!!
