Post WorkOut Observations 4/4/10
Heck of a way to spend an Easter morning.
Well what can I say:) Great programming, great weather and a unbelievable group of athletes.
First of all let me start off by saying welcome aboard to Vitale who was supposed to start some time ago and has finally made it down to a class. Let me also extend a warm welcome to Rochelle who was refered to us by Dr. V.
Great job to all the athletes from Bob to John H. and everyone in between. Hats off to all of you for finishing the ladders. It was very interesting to watch as you all had your strengths and weaknesses tested yesterday. Well lets see, Bob did an outstanding job all around but really excelled on the box jumps making significant improvement on his landing. Not to mention his work on the sprints at the beginning of the workout.
Julie has also made giant strides with the box jumps looking like a cat on a hot tin roof starting and finishing very gracefully. J Ros, you rocked today buddy all that doubting and pouting led to a herculean effort on the HPC’s getting up to 135lbs for a couple of reps on the HPC’s you definitely were not the weakest link Sunday. Rochelle nicely done although you ended up starting late you hung tough and did an awesome job at all the movements that you performed and I cant wait to work with you and your husband if he makes it next Sunday. John H. great job despite all your belly aching you still impressed me with your tenacity, although there is still room for improvement I am very happy with what I saw. Vitale I’m not sure if you are supremely fit or if I selected exercises that suited you but you were no doubt the MVP for Sunday handling all task with grace and poise. Keep up the good work Doc see you in a few weeks.
Overall the work out was challenging but manageable and you all did great keep up the good work see you all Friday.
God Speed,
Coach
