Are you involved in the 718 Paleo Challenge??
During this challenge you are required to measure your results, by weighing yourselves at the beginning, as well as frequently throughout the month. Also, take & submit your before, during, and after photos to us. Take a look at the New Paleo DiaLog as well as our Paleo Reccommended Recipies.
Challenge Rules:
Start with 10 points at the beginning of the day. Subtract one point for every non-allowed cheat that you eat. For every WOD you complete at CrossFit 718, ADD one point to your score. For every night that you get more than 8 hours of sleep, ADD one point.
