Just finished this, what a brutal/awesome WOD!
21-15-9 MBC and burpees:
5:57 with a 20lb med ball. Those cleans were BRUTAL! I actually preferred the burpees on this one. ugh.

This was my first afternoon delight with Coach Dan and it was great, eh.! After yesterday’s workout I had no idea how I would get through all these tabatas. I would prefer not seeing a medicine or slam ball for a couple weeks. Thanks for a killer workout Dan. And thanks for pushing me through the 2000 meter row – that was a brutal way to finish up.
