Was shooting for 3:30 or under, but I’m happy with sub 4 min. OHS felt hard, especially after the pistols, but I’m glad I did it. Also, DUs were less than a minute after I finished with the OHS, so I probably should have rested a little more. Meh, either way. That gives me 13 points on the Paleo Challenge today, too! 8 hours of sleep, WOD, PR, no cheats. Woohoo!
