WOD kicked me hard. Still sore from Saturday’s GHD fest, and just couldn’t do the row. Subbed 50 SDHP with 44# KB for each round and used 115# for my thrusters: 21:33. Was cruising in the beginning, but the SDHP caught up to me, and I gassed out.
Great WOD.
You hit hard today, dude, and you did awesome. Those SDHP looked brutal!
I did this WOD modified… Subbed the rowing for Double Unders
1st round 30 D.U.s & 40lb Thrusters
2nd – last round 20 D.U.s & 35lb Thrusters…for time: 16:56

what a brutal WOD. All but my last row was under 2:00 so i was happy with that.
thrusters were at #115 finished in 18:32 wiped me out.
after we did 200 DU for time 5:30 not bad, not great.
You did great today, too! Your rowing has improved 10-fold over the past couple of weeks. I’m seriously impressed and proud. Plus your overhead is ridiculous. Keep it up!!!

Did first 5 @ 135lbs then had to stop due to sharp head pain. After 1 min rest dropped weight and finished. Not my favorite WOD!
Rough one today Felt about 80% and my times showed it. All i can say is that Sal is an animal
5 RFT 500m Row / 7 thrusterrs 115Lbs 20:17 failed a few times and so had to do a few extra cleans didn’t help my predicament
50 GH sit ups- 3:17
Plank tabats 8 rounds 20 secondds on 10 seconds rest. All preceeded witha nice warm up fo KB swings and push ups. Gotta love Crossfit
