Rx’d at 21:07. For some reason I haven’t done pullups in a while, so that was the hardest part for me. The lunges were tough, especially after all the quad work this week!

Thanks guys, seems like everbody had a pretty great day. Cory the biz trip on paleo sounds just brutal.
I was so happy to get back to the box after almost a week long business trip. And let me tell you being cooped up in a training room for 4 days staying Paleo was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Between muffins and cereal for breakfast, cookies and pastries with lunch and beer and appetizers at dinner I have never pushed my will power so far. People thought I was out of my mind when they are eating fried lobster tails and I am eating salad (hold the cheese) with balsamic. And I felt completely out of the loop reading everyone’s WOD posts and not being part of it. I was ready to roll today and it was a fantastic program!
WOD as Rx’ed – 18:28 Pull ups really killed me after the KBS and K2E. Made up a lot of time on the DU’s.
