This was fun and different. I liked it, and it was great to workout with a fantastic athlete, one of Iz’s friends from NYSC, Lloyd. Really pushed me.

Total score: 217. Felt good, back still a bit tweaked from this past week, but it’s all good. And then everyone in class today did GREAT! PRs all over the place, it was a good day for all. I guess there IS something to this whole Paleo thing! 😉

fun little workout
So if I wasn’t going to be with my wife on Valentines evening I might as well be at Crossfit718. It was much more Paleo than dinner out and chocolate!
The WOD tonight was a lot of fun!

Total – 291
So during the post workout discussions it was brought to my attention that earlier sessions did this without 90 sec rest between exercises. Wish I had know this but…..Respect.

Anyway: my total score was 176 I think… Don’t remember my real number of sprints, kept losing track.
However, I did PR my OHS: 3 with 95#
