On the contrary Mike, I think he was setting up for a Push Press and his form looked pretty good. Plus Matt is a really great guy, so unless your cominig in to show us how its done lets keep it constructive!

Warmup: 3RFT 20 squat jumps/20 mountain climbers/20flutter kicks = 4:23
AMRAP 15 mins: 5HPC (used 75#)/3 HSPU (used the pike on the box) = 12 rounds
DU/Rings row ladder = 13:50 starting to feel better about my DU’s

Great workout today, it’s nice to really tackle my weaknesses.
Warmed up with my burpees for the day, totaling 19. Looking forward to the next couple of months as I work my way towards the 100 day mark. Ouch.
15 min AMRAP of HPD @ 135# and HSPU, modified to HSPU/pike pushups from wall.
Total: 10 rounds + 3 HPC. Brutal. Glad I went Rx’d, and super glad to tackle the HSPU. Gotta get better at those.

My ring rows were fairly broken up towards the end but had a few rounds of unbroken du’s that really helped the time.

115# hpc slightly modified hspu totally vertical but with one foot supported I did the WOD in my backyard and had foot resting on top of a fence.
anyway great workout little chilly though.
12 rounds plus 6 hpc. guess i should have gone rx’d

Wish I could’ve maintained the weight at 55lbs for the entire ARMAP. Maybe next time.
