Then we have got a workshop for you. Learn how to muscle up in our 60 Minute Workshop. We will demonstrate the movement then break the movement down into basic exercises. We will discuss the hand and shoulder position, starting position, the swing, the transition and how to link them together. As a prerequisite, this workshop is designed for athletes that have 5 or more strict pull ups & ring dips.
