PR on my Back Squat today 285# (15# away from 2xBW).
Bench: 3×2 @ 165#, 1@165, 2@165#
Diane: rx’d: 10:19 (I think)… terrible… My back was seizing up, and I couldn’t push out the HSPU. I did this in 6 minutes and change last time with unbroken HSPU. This was not the case today. Was trying to figure out what happen… realized the bench press and the shoulder presses 2 days ago could have hurt the HSPU. The back word and snatches I did yesterday could account for the deadlifts… oh well! VERY Happy with squat.
