Iz is getting us prepared for the metro dash. I can feel it. only reason he has all this Running rxed . pretty sneaky sis. Run, sit up, swings, repeat until really tired. I like it.

that is a lot to clean. 45# more than my PR.
I love this guy’s deadlift, but I would not recommend the upper back rounding technique for any of our athletes (takes incredible strength and training to do right):
