The start position is too far forward in this demo. It should start over the mid foot and not over your toes. This is a product of where the fad is in the us olympic weightlifting right now. Basic physics explains why this is just stupid. Gravity operates staright down. You are trying to lift the weight straight up. Lifting the weight horizontally and off balance (from toes to back over mid foot in the demos) is a harder less efficient lift. And this is one of the reasons us weightlifting is terrible. But otherwise a not too bad demo.
