First day back after the fall. Big ups to Coach Izzy and Coach Tom for keeping an eye on me during the workout. Can’t believe my shoulder didn’t hurt for all those pull ups (Corey kept a brotha going), and it was good to face down the very spot where the accident happy. YOU DON’T OWN ME! Handstands I did 3.5 of the four (the third I came down after 30 secs), but the big deal was no vertigo while doing them, which I was having a lot after the concussion. I’M BACK IN MIAMI BITCH! Thanks to everyone, I’m feeling great. It was great to see the Prime Time Crew in full effect, and Marina kept me going during the AMRAP. HOLLA! See you guys manana….

It never ceases to amaze me how humbled I can get in class. Big group tonight at 7. Couldn’t bring myself to run home after.

Pull ups 5 x 10 sets – thanks to ryan and Cory for trying to teach me butterflies. It’ll come, just have to figure out the coordination.
BOR – 95/105/115 never did these so was unsure on the weight. Went all unbroken.

Bent over row – 95/125/125 — 125 was too heavy for me. 3rd round was way sloppy.
Amrap – 3 rds + 15 dips + 8 slams. Felt super slow here.
I made it the full minute on 2 of the handstands, otherwise it was plank-city for me.
