15min AMRAP- push press @65/pullups (red and blue band)/25 DU = 8 rounds + 5push press

Press- 1/1/1/1/1- up to 75(pr)
Push- 3/3/3- 70/75/80- not sure what I was thinking on weights on this one, should have gone higher
amrap- 7 rds + 5 push presses (65 lbs/skinny red band then double skinny red for last 2 rds)
this was a good reminder how reliant I am on kipping, definitely need to incorporate strict pull ups into my warm up. Watching Chrystie bang out about 100 rds of them was good inspiration!
