Ring rows were easy with the feet on box, but those stupid farmer’s walks in the cold killed me. No excuses. They were just tough for me.

Backsquats 3/3/3/3/3- 85/105/125/140/160
Congratulations 2 rds of 400m farmers walk/30 ring rows, you have surpassed all the chick wods as my least favorite work out ever. By swearing excessively and setting the weights down every 20 feet I was able to finish in 24:33 long minutes, due in part to Miss Tammy keeping me company for the 2nd round 🙂 I rx’d the weight, definitely should have scaled, it was quite heavy and my grip/forearm strength were super weak today. This was a frustrating one, but was glad to be able to get through it!
