In Gymnastics they refer to this dismount as the famous German Belly Flop. Lol

400m – 1:20
1K – 3:50
500m – 1:50
Pistols – 5/5 5/5 5/5 5/5
Weak Levers
800M Run= 3:35
400M Run= 1:33
1K Row= 3:40.4
400M Row= 1:49.3
Pistols- 5/5/5/5 each with PVC over head
Front Lever- was able to establish position but only able to hold for a few seconds
Back Lever- turned a corner on these. Was able to get and hold a good position on every attempt and also when demonstrating 🙂
