Dead Hang to Inverted Hold (T2B)- 1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1

Bent Row– 3/3/3/3/3 (135/95)

Good Morning– 3/3/3/3/3 (135/95)

    400 m run => 2:45

    I got a Braxton Hicks contraction during the run. Oops.

    50 Goblet Squats FT w/ 18# => 1:32

    I think I might have done 60; but I wasn’t going as deep as I should on account of my new pants that kinda restricted my range of motion. I won’t wear those pants anymore. Bad pants!

    5 rounds FT of:
    – 1 rope climb (mod)
    – 20 KB swings (US) w/ 26#
    – 7 pull ups (with green band)
    – 15 KB high pull w/ 26#

    => 14:40

    I was really happy with the fact that I actually *did* the modified rope climb. This is the first time since getting preggie. AND, I CLIMBED UP AND DOWN, SON!! Not just up. 😛

    4 rounds of: 45 seconds of max effort rope stuff

    5 Turkish Get-ups, each arm (unweighted)

    This is the first time I’ve done Turkish Get-ups ever. Thanks Coach Iz for the brilliant idea to do them unweighted. Seriously. I hadn’t thought of that. Now I’ve done them. And I feel proud.

    Muscle up transition movements… Coach Iz set the guideline for the boys and then had me practice strict pull ups, ring rows, ring dips, and another movement I don’t know the name of… Coach Tammyli then came over and stood by my side helping me really focus on these movements, encouraging me, and modeling how these movements are supposed to look. So cool to have Ms. Fit work with me… I felt like a spoiled little cross fit girl… not complaining, I loved it :o) Lucky me!

    Sensei you look great doing those muscle ups, keep up the great work. So proud of you, way to go! Coach Izzy busy bee was modeling exemplar muscle ups and inverted hangs for everyone… everyone was inspired. Good job Eddie on those inverted hangs…

    I worked on getting toes to bar, I got one… so many things to practice the list is endless. But thank you Coach Tammyli soooooooooooo much, I wouldn’t have even got the one without you.

    Good Mornings: 5 sets of 3 all at 55lbs

    Really loved this class, so much fun! I love having time to work on technique since I lack so much in this area. Thank you Coach Iz and Coach Tammyli for providing such a wonderful class… the both of you are the bestestestestestest times infinity ;o)
