Elizabeth= 21/15/9 RFT of: Clean (135/95)/Ring Dip – 7:24 (115lbs / Rx’d ring dips). This was hard! I think I’d still be at the gym if I’d tried to do it at 135.

Ditto on the RX dips! and not so close at 65!!!!!! what is that?! next time scale up 😉 however you had a great range of motion and hit bottom everytime I witnessed it… well besides that one fall! LOL
