I am happy with that score my goal was 9 one round every 2 minutes.

Worked on muscle up transition this am. instread of doing the broad jumps which were a little too jarring on the knee. We have our own DJ in the morning now. it is great.
Fun day. Did the O-lifting class today. Some power cleans and snatches. Technique work only. Felt good. Need to do that more.
Did the 10 rounds of Cindy, as RX’d as humanly possible, making sure every rep was perfect. No snaking at all on the pushups, all reps were legit. 12:56. Didn’t go crazy fast, was more concerned with making my reps excellent.
