600M Farmers Carry 45 lb plates – 6 minutes can’t hold my pen
Atlas Stone Shouldering- 1/1/1/1/1 (Max Effort)- 75-95-140- 180 failed 2x
3 RFT of: 200M Run/10 Zercher Atlas Squats (95/75)- I forgot the time but middled of the 6 am pack maybe 5 min something..
3 Rounds of: 1 min Zercher Atlas Carry (Max Effort;5 Burpee Penalty every time stone is dropped during round); 1 minute rest between rounds- used 95# Congratulations to the animals that shouldered 180.. walter and jason good work making it look easy

Nothing crazy today, with 12.5 happening tomorrow. Did some stone shouldering.
75×5, 95×3, 125×3, 145×3, 150×2, failed at 180, but it was within an inch of getting up. Either way. First time with the stones for me, loved it!
Tomorrow is the big day! Last Open WOD! Pullups and Thrusters! Bring it on. Let’s DO THIS!!!
