I am not thrilled with my performance today but I will take it. It was fun racing steve at the end. Way to push us through it Coach I could barely hold on to the bar by the end. Dariel good work, I wish i was 21 again. Good work to everyone from the 6 am.
Front squats were brutal after wednesday, legs are still smoked.

Thanks, Dan! This was a banner day for me. I knew that I was going to be shaky going into it (fun night last night) and that my new nemesis, Rory, was going to be there (sorry, Cahill and Eric), so I had to dig deep.

that is serious business.. Great time Vivion. I had to dig deep but clearly not deep enough. Coach was yelling at us to get it in under 5 minutes I was thinking he was nuts and you almost pulled it off.

I wanted to thank Tami and Iz for welcoming me into their crossfit box tonight. I came with my friend Julie (who is doing such an awesome job) tonight. I go to Crossfit Queens in Astoria. I did Fran RX for the first time tonight in 13:37 and I wanted to thank the 5:00 crew for supporting me. I had a great time, and hope to visit again soon. You have a great gym! Thanks again. 🙂
