Took me 4.30 to do 100 double unders ( obviously need a lot of work). Did better on the power clean with 165 / 185 / 205 / 225 / 235. Managed 10 rounds of AMRAP and 4 burpees

Worked on my snatch technique for a while today. Feeling better with it. More progress still to come.
Also hit 194 double-unders unbroken today. Started thinking about 200 and hit my foot. Damn! Ah well, previous PR was 121, so this is huge for me. 🙂
