So glad to be back at the box after 2 weeks! Although my quads are not so glad.

I started to cramp about 75 reps in and really didn’t think I was going to finish. Took about 20min for the cramps to subside so that really messed up the hang cleans. Couldn’t really squat too well so I went very light just to try to get back into things.
