$30 per person

fee covers an event t-shirt and a portion of the fee goes to the cause.

We give prizes to the team with the most spirit.  Costumes, props, makeup, and other fun stuff, let’s have some fun with it.

Do I need to create a Team before the event?

You can, but you don’t have to.

All you need to do is register on wodify to participate.  Your coaches will help make teams based on everyone registered.  This event is for fun, it is not a competition. We will be offering prizes to teams with the best costume and team spirit.

Why are we fundraising?

FGB fundraiser is a great way to bring the CrossFit community together to support a good cause, this year it gives us a great opportunity to connect with our Sister Box, CFSBK

If you’re not familiar with BCF, make sure you visit their website ..

Do you have to fundraise to participate?

We encourage everyone to fundraise.  We are awarding prizes to the top individual fundraisers! But, there is no minimum to participate. Your registration already covers a little fundraising.

Registration deadline is September 30th, we’ll create teams consisting of 5 athletes. Shortly after, athletes will get an email with all of the details to set up their fundraising pages.

We’ll be using Crowdrise as our fundraising platform, and participants will have individual fundraising pages that will be super easy to share with friends and family.

Also, we’re looking for donations to give out as prizes. Contact if you have something to offer!

Is it Rx or Scaled?

This is for Fun, this is for a Cause .. we’ll have scaling options.
