Step 1

Our free trial class isn’t just an awesome workout, it’s a great opportunity to meet our coaches, check out our facility, and learn about our program.

Step 2

The Basics series is your introduction to CrossFit, it will teach you the fundamental movements and prepare you for the CrossFit WODs.

New and inexperienced members are required to complete the Basics Series before moving into the CrossFit WOD program.

Next Basics Series begins on October 3rd!

Step 3

If you’ve completed one month of the Basics Series, you’re ready to enroll in our regular classes.
