The Basics series is a combination of classes in our Strength and our Conditioning Program. This is your introduction to CrossFit, it will teach you the fundamental movements and prepare you for the CrossFit WODs.
New and inexperienced members are required to complete 1 month of the Basics Series before moving into the CrossFit WOD program.
The schedule for the Basics Series:
- Conditioning Classes: 7AM & 7PM – Monday & Friday
- Strength Classes: 7AM & 7PM – Tuesday/ Thursday & 11AM on Sundays.
We encourage athletes to commit to 3-5 times a week for the first month.
