Coach Iz has put together a 90 minute workshop that is going to help you do just that. He will teach you how to row more efficiently and effectively and work up a nice little sweat in the process. Coach will evaluate your technique and help you correct any deviations in your movement. We will also discuss and implement different strategies you can use to improve your performance.
After this workshop you will have a more thorough understanding of rowing and improved rowing technique.
