The Next Basic Cycle Starts May 30th.
This 3 week cycle will be hosted by Coach Jacinto, and will run Monday’s and Wednesdays @ 6:30pm. if you know anyone who is interested in CrossFit, send them my way!!

3RDs Front Squat @ 155 / Ring Row / DU – 171 pts
