15 min AMRAP: 9 rounds + 10 burpees and 5 goblet squats
9 min to complete 400M run and 50 DU, then with remaining time AMRAP 10 pullups (used blue band)/ 20 situps/ 10 wall balls (20lbs) I got three rounds after the run and DUs
thanks! I think doing all of the clean and jerks on saturday helped. How did you do 10 rounds of the 15 min amrap? you killed it!! I had my ass beat after 7 rounds. Excellent Jess, you rock!
