STAGE 1: The Open
The CrossFit Games stand alone as the ultimate test of fitness. No test, regardless of its lofty claims, can grant legitimate title to the best without first providing access to all.
The Games season begins with the online Open. All you need is $20 and the will to compete in the three-week, three-workout competition.

CrossFit 718 is hosting the 2023 CrossFit Open workouts. Let’s get together to compete each week throughout the Open season. This is what we have been training for all year! It’s time to test our fitness and see how much we’ve improved, as individuals and as a community.
We encourage everyone to participate and get involved in this friendly competition. It’s really motivational to see our friends push themselves to the limits and give it everything they’ve got. Athletes that feel they might have a chance to make it to Stage 2: Regionals must register for the Open with CFHQ online.

When: Three Weeks | Feb. 16 – March 6
- 23.1: Friday, Feb. 17th
- 23.2: Friday, Feb. 24th
- 23.2:Friday, Mar. 3rd
On the listed dates, the classes are going to be split into 2 groups. One half will WOD while the other half keeps score and ensures movement standards are being met. Once the first group has finished the WOD, the two groups will switch roles.
