We are proud to re-introduce our USA Weightlifting Club,

Brooklyn Strength and Conditioning aka BSC Barbell. USAW Club #6028.

Athletes now have the opportunity to come into the box to work exclusively on the sport of Weightlifting.

The focus will be on the classical lifts, Clean, Jerk, and the Snatch.  In addition accessory work to correct imbalances or to strengthen weaknesses will be prescribed on an individual basis.

We recommend Athletes commit exclusively to this program for 4-12 weeks.  Reservations on Wodify are required and only the first 8 athletes who register will be allowed to participate. Classes will run 90 Minutes long and include a warm up, a workout and mobility work.

The Schedule:

  •  Monday Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 pm-8:00pm
  • 11:00am-12:30pm on Saturdays.

FAQs

Do I need the Basics? 

Yes, the basics is required for new and unexperienced members.

If you are an experienced lifter you contact us.

Can I work on my own programming in Weightlifting class?

No, the programming will be periodized to peak for a meet or mock meet.  You and the Coach will modify the program together to best suit your goals.

Do I need a Weightlifting Singlet?

Nope, but weightlifting shoes are highly encouraged.
