CrossFit 718 Cardio
Been wondering what this mysterious new class on the schedule is??
CrossFit 718 Cardio is a high intensity (think crossfit on speed) class that utilizes user friendly movements and lighter loads to reduce the amount of time it takes to get sweaty! It is very similar to a regular CrossFit class minus the heavy technical stuff (Weightlifting/advanced Gymnastics/heavy loads). This class is designed for anyone looking to improve fitness, loose some weight, prep for a 5k or mud run. Fun fast and guaranteed to get you sweaty, you will burn some calories while building endurance/stamina/power/strength and accuracy. The weapons of choice for CrossFit 718 Cardio will be KettleBells/DumbBells/Medicine Balls/Jump Ropes/Rowers and lots and lots of running!
What: CrossFit 718 Cardio
Who: Anyone no experience necessary and you don’t have to attend the basics to participate.
When: Beginning 9/1/15 on Tuesday 7am/7pm and Thursday 7am/7pm for now.
Where: CrossFit 718 148 26th Street (corner of 3rd avenue).
Why: Break a sweat and have some fun in the process.
How Much: For Non-Members: $20 Drop in per class / For Members: log in to MindBody and register just like you would for a WOD class.
