Dead Lift’s and Burpee’s oh my!
New kettle bell movements and burpees what could be better:)
Corey did a great job on the alt ladders finishing in just 8:36, using 135lbs. Not too shabby buddy I was quite impressed that you managed that time with that weight keep it up you are fast becoming a bona fide Fire Breather.
Angelica very solid throughout, although you seemed to have a little trouble keeping track of your reps on the dead lifts. lol You did a great job finishing the ladders too not a bad time I think 12:40:)
Chrystie very solid on the roll outs and with both of the kettle bell movements. You went very heavy and you managed to keep your form tight and composed. Out of the female athletes I think you finished fastest at 12;37 not bad at all.
Jules awesome effort on the floor sweepers good range of motion and solid effort on the roll outs. Nice job finishing at 13:00 very good considering you had to share the bar;)
Lilly wow, great job yesterday you went very heavy on the dead lifts and your form was pretty good considering this was (I’m assuming) your first time doing them. All that hard work will definitely pay off for you, keep it up your time was 12:46.
Over all nicely done lets keep working on the dead lift for the remainder of April. I will incorporate some variations next week.
