    A) 3 Rounds of: 200M Run/10 Power Clean (95)/10 Thruster
    B) Deadlift 1rep @425 (there is more here)
    C) 8 Minute AMRAP of: 30 DU/15 UB WallBall (20#-10′) 6+… Didn’t count, frustrated by crowding messing up DU’s
    D) 8min Death By Rin Muscle Up – 5rds+3/3/3 for last rounds
    E) 3 RFT of: 500M Row/12 DL (BW=205)/12 T2B – 9ish min, clock stopped at 8:00

    This workout beat me up a lot.

    Today I punked out of the deadlifts cause Im too afraid they will come out on friday.. soI BSed a little and did some squats and fussed around the box…

    WU- 3RFT: 200m run/ 10 power cleans/ 10 thrusters (95lbs) = didn’t keep time
    A- Deadlift 1RM = 375lbs (took it easy)
    B- 8Min amrap: 30 DU/ 15 WB = 6 rounds
    C- 8 min Death by muscle ups = died at 5th round (got 4 in, time up b4 getting 5th)
    D- 3RFT: 500m row/12 deadlift (185)/12 T2B = 11:39
