A- WU- Alternating Half Tabata (4 rounds each) of:
WallBall (20/14#-Max Height)
M.B. Clean

B- Squat- 10/10/10 (HAP);Rest as needed between efforts

C- 6 Minute AMRAP of:
4 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20″ or 20/18″)
6 Thruster (95/65 or 75/45)

    The meet was awesome today, thank you for everyone coming out today! I appreciate all the volunteers who helped Judge and load! I enjoyed watching my man lift. He looked soon good in his singlet and destroyed the bar.
