In teams of 2/Only 1 partner works at a time/Partners will take turns biking the prescribed distance/Partner A will bike, then partner B will bike. Once Partner B is done with the bike partner A will begin UB Push Press/ As soon as partner A is done, partner B will begin UB Push Press/Once B is done with Push Press, partner A can start round 2 of bike/ Continue in this fashion for 4 completed rounds/Score= Time to complete – 1 second for each push press completed; example- 10 minutes to complete 4 rounds each – 60 total Push Press= a score of 9 Minutes.
