A- WU- 250M Row @1K Split Pace (Damper 4/2) + 3 RNFT- 10 Each D.B. Push Press/D.B. Bent Row
B- Jerk- 8 Minutes WU To 80% + 1 Minute Max Reps @80%; 3 Minute Rest + 1 Minute Max Reps @75%; 3 Minutes Rest + 1 Minute Max Reps @70%
C- 3 Rounds of: 20 Push Up (afap)/
400M Run@80% RPE; 4 Minutes Rest (Compare to 06/03/16)
Notes: Keep splits to +/- 5 Seconds, Practice HS Walk on rest if necessary.
D- 8 Minute AMRAP of: 5-10 Feet Elevated Ring Row (18/12″ box)/8-12 K2E/20 Double Unders
