8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip Mobility (Click links for details)
A- WU- NFT- 400M Run@50-75% RPE/
5-10 Each PVC Pass Through/Snatch Balance/OH Squat
B- 8 Minutes WU + 4 Rounds of: 1 Minute Max Reps Power Snatch (95/65); 3 Minutes Rest Between Rounds
Notes: Do not drop/Scale weight down only. Rest as needed before beginning C1.
*C1- 4 Rounds of- Against A 2 Minute Clock AMRAP: 15 USSR K.B. Swing (2/1.5 Pood)/200M Run @85% Somewhat Hard Pace; 2 Minutes Rest
C2- 2 Minutes Active Recovery L-Support, Accumulate As Much Time Under Tension As Possible; 2 Minutes Rest (6 minutes total before second round of c1)
