endurance wod. rowing 250m/ 48.8, 51, 49. 52 seconds
weighted pull ups 8 rounds of 2 pull ups and 5 jump squats @ 25#
5X5 power jerks 95/115/135/165/ 165
I got 55 pull ups and 75 med ball cleans in 8 minutes and it hurt . a lot

Power Jerk: 5@95, 5@115, 5@115, 5@95. This was tough – shoulders/arms were sore from the Squat Clean Thrusters on Wednesday.
EMOM for 8 min: 2 strict pull-ups, 5 jump squats
30/25/20/15/10 RFT of MB Clean (20/14), Ring Rows (or Pull-ups). In 8 minutes, I got through 61 Ring Row/Pull-Up combos and 55 MB Cleans rx.
Fun one today.
3 Rounds each of: 30 Seconds on;15 Seconds rest- Hand Stand Shoulder Tap/Jump Squat – Jump squats hurt.
Push Press- 5/5/5/5/5 @ 70% 1RM (15 Minute Cap) – 115/115/125/125/135 I couldn’t pick a weight here.
4 RFT of: 10 K.B. Goblet Squat (HAP)/9 Ring Push Up/8 T2B – 6:25 @ 2pood

4 rounds + 14 D.U. broad jumps just suck so bad. i’d rather do burpees any day. (this statement will come back to haunt me)
Clean – 10 min find heavy
coach said go heavy be aggressive. word to live by. plus we only had 10 minutes.
75×3/95×3/135//150/165 little wobbly but got it up- 30lb pr since last time.
push press 5×5 @ 80% – 15 min
75/95/105/105/105/105/115/115 i did extra set cause i was going fast. proabably means i shoulda put more wight on at the outset.

my ankles are totes inflexible. so i used a board to prop up heels and get good form/depth. big goat. gotta stop feeding it tin cans.

burpee box jump tabata. originally it was just a box jump tabata, but i thought eh, what the f. i’ll burppe the crap out of it. bad idea.
37 burpees. tammy called no rep on the last one, which i shoulda husteled more to stand up on. i’ll get you next time mr. box.
super wicked great class iz! non stop o lifting action, everyone was into it. really fun group.

Gillie it was an honor for me to hold Olivia yesterday. I realized how much I wish me and Tam could have another baby 🙂
With regard to you, my advice is take it easy. give yourself 6-8 weeks before your back to pre-pregnancy weights. All of your strength will be back before you know it.
Weeks? Or MONTHS!? 😛
