A- WU- 2 RNFT of: 45 Seconds Max Reps: Double Unders/Ring Row/Push Up -6 Minute Cap
B- Bench Press- 15 Minutes To A Challenging Double + 2/2@ 95/90%% -20 Minute Cap
C- Axle Pendlay Row- 10 Minutes To A Heavy Triple + 3/3/3@ 95/90% -15 Minute Cap
Notes: Groups of 3-4 athletes to a bar of similar ability/Make aggressive jumps initially, then more conservative jumps as the weight increases and form begins to deteriorate.
D- For Time: 1 Mile Run or 2K Row
