Being away with an injury and then working a long 3 days (with no workouts) makes 1st real day back- no bueno. This was a tough one for me today.
400M run 1:38
4 min AMRAP 5 rounds+4 (did first round Rx and then needed 1 abmat :()
Power snatch (I think it’s been like 2 months since I’ve done this lift, so it was pretty pathetic)- 70# so weak!
21/15/9 @65# I think it was like 10:20 or something.
It’s all good though, tomorrow is a new day!
