8 Minutes of Shoulder/Thoracic/OH/Wrist/Hip/Back Mobility
A- WU- 200M Run @ 75-100% RPE + 10 Rounds of: 30/30 Jingle Jangles
B- Power Snatch- 10 Minutes To A Challenging Single
C- 4 RFT of: 7 Power Snatch (115/75)/400M Run -16 Minute Cap
Notes: For Snatch scale up or down to challenging weight/If you have a shoulder injury or are limited in the OH position sub with a K.B. Snatch as appropriate.
*D- 7-9 Rounds of: 5 Strict T2B/5 Each Pistol; 30 Seconds Rest
Notes: Scale both movements as needed.
*= Complete as much as possible in time remaining.
