B- Squat- 4@60 + 4@70 + 4@80 + 3@90 + 4/4@90% -25 Minute Cap
*C- 10 Sets of: 6 USSR K.B. Swing (24/16Kg)/ 8 Tuck Up/10 GHD Hip & Back Extension
*= Complete as much as possible in time remaining.

That’s impressive numbers. What type of rope do you use?
Thanks Ernie. I had been using one of the original Again Faster ropes but just changed it out for a new one. I believe it is the Revolution X – $30. Smooth but not crazy fast.
