8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip Mobility (Click links for details)
A- WU- 800M Indigenous Peoples Run (20#) @Sustainable Pace (no one gets left behind!)
B- Hang Snatch (BTK)- 15 Minutes To A Challenging Single
Notes: No more than three attempts, rest as needed between each attempt.
C- Team WOD- 15 Minute AMRAP of:
750M Row
90 Double Unders (no substitutions)
60 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′ or 20/14#-Max Height)
45 DeadLift (185/135 or HBD) @80-90% Hard But Sustainable Pace
Notes: In teams of 3-4/With only 1 athlete working at a time/Complete each movement in order/Partition reps as needed/Communication between partners is highly encouraged and necessary to ensure success/Score= # of rounds completed in 15 Minutes.
